Dog Park Rules & Regulations

EVERYONE WILL ENJOY THE PARK IF WE ALL FOLLOW THE RULES

Use the Park at your Own Risk

Not all dogs are suitable to use the dog park. Use your own discretion.


Owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) at all times

Video surveillance and patons will hold you accountable.


Dogs must be current on vaccinations

This action is crucial to help keep the park a clean safe environment for all patrons.


Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park

This precaution helps ensure your dog will not endanger or other dogs or individuals outside of the dog park premises.


Dog owners must immediately clean up their dog waste

This ensures we have a sanitary location for all to enjoy.


Owners must be within the dog park and supervising their dog with leash readily available

If an incident with another canine were to happen, the owners will be at a reasonable distance to help control their dogs.


Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times

Children under the age of 16 will need to have adult supervision while in the dog park for the child and canines safety.

Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately

Please remove your dog from the park if they are acting aggressive. They may not be aggressive to all dogs but we want this to be a friendly environment for the dogs to play and interact and aggressive behavior isn't a safe space for all dogs.



Dogs should be under voice control

You should be able to control you dog by voice commands, if they do not have the ability to do this they will not be able to participate at the park.


Prohibited

HUMAN & DOG FOOD/TREATS

All food and treats human or canine in nature. This may cause aggressive behavior.


GLASS CONTAINERS

This doesn’t promote a safe area for the dogs. 


DOGS IN HEAT

Dogs in heat may cause unnecessary aggression toward your dog and others. They may not have the ability to be controlled by the owners. 


SICK DOGS

Please be sure your dog is healthy and strong during your visit. If you know your dog is feeling under the weather please keep in mind the safety of the other dogs.
